DE conventional DL standing on a 2" block with mini bands 2 sets Bar+Bands x 5 4 sets at 135+Bands x 1 3 sets at 165+Bands x 1 5 sets at 185 +Bands x 1
Ultra wide squat with mini band around legs. Focused on pushing legs out. 3 sets of 105x10
GHR with 4" block under the back (NW=no weight) 4 sets of NWx10
1 Arm DB Row 4 sets of 90x6
Sledge hammer on tire 3 sets at approx. 40-60 seconds. Alternating hands
Green band crunches 3 sets of 20 reps

BP with fat bar and chains Bar x10 Bar+chains x 5 for 2 sets 95+chains x 3 115+chains x 3 135+chains x 3 (added foam with next 5 sets. Due to left shoulder). 30 sec - 1 min between sets
Chain tricep ext. 40x12 for 3 sets
Plate front raises 25x12 for 2 sets 30x12
Straight arm pulldown 45x10 for 4 sets
Wide grip pulldown 45x50 for 2 sets Really wanted to see how far I could push myself mentally and physically.
Band pull aparts Monster mini band x 15 for 3 sets
Friday 7/22/2011 Cardio - Spin bike for 40 minutes. HR approx. 120-130 bpm.

Every time I see you train, you seem to amaze me every time. Your bench is looking very strong too. It won't be long before you will be hitting 415 off the chest at the rate you are going. Great job!
If I can get my shoulder healed up as good as yours did, hopefully my bench will be back in business or at least some what.

Cardio at Snap fitness - 20 min. elliptical, 20 min. walk on TM, 10 min on this bike like machine, and 10 min. run on TM.
