Is that an SPF meet? Those sound like some pretty good numbers there Kevin, I hope all goes well! For me, I plan on doing the SPF Ironman in March for bench only and then depending on how my knee heals up maybe doing a full power meet later in the year maybe in November or December.
Hey I'm not sure where you live at but if you're not too far from Winston-Salem you should come by the gym sometime. I think you could really show me and Brian a thing or two about benching. Haha..

It was a bit of a off night for me on the bench. Nothing seem to really click until the very end of the workout, but I got for 450 on a pause bench which is really ahead of schedule. 6 more weeks before the meet and feeling a big total coming on lol.
