I know I saw that. I told Justin if I can just better gear, I could get that no problem. Damn! That just fuels me even more. I am getting some tips on how to get more pop out of my rage x. Also, Wednesday I am trying on Justin R's Leviathan and he said also he wanted me to try his inzer fusion for deadlift. If I like the Leviathan I will try and talk to Justin about spurlging for it. I need NEW GEAR!!!!!!!! As for the iron wolfe bar, I really like it. The knarl on it is banana's. That puppy won't move once you have it on your back. It is just a really sturdy bar. We have done our speed bench with that bar. That's what I like to hear Jazz! I think Molly is in your weight class too so let's get it Sounds like your new gym has some pretty good equipment (Iron Wolfe Bar, Kettlebells, etc..) I think we'll need to do a fundraiser here at MDBB to raise some money to get some new stuff...LOL. Anyway I hope your suit test goes well tomorrow and I guess one positive to getting a leviathan over metal gear is that you can get it custom ordered it to fit your massive lean physique Yahhhhh Let's Get It!!!

Bands with monster minis 505x1 It has been since SPF Nationals I have that much weight on my back. After the first 455lbs the weight felt fine. I think Justin's R. Leviathan was a slight big for me because I could get it off by myself. I've seen how long and how many people it takes Brian to get out of his. Plus my legs didn't go numb. Bottom line, love the suit. My husband mentioned that early September we can purchase a Leviathan. I'm gonna get that bitch so it fits me right. Y'all should make MDBB patches so I can put it on my gear.

Crazy ass planks while feet and forearms on boxes. Justin R. added 25 lbs sandbags on my back. First set 3 were placed on, then when I nodded he took one off. Time was horrible. Next to sets just started with 2 bags. Worked down till I had nothing on my back. Time was best for second set. Third set I had nothing. I know, I know my abs also suck and are weak.

Damn jazz! 455?! That's awesome. I knew you'd like the leviathan. Its the best suit on the market. Just remember when you do order it, that you'll have to send it back 2-3 times before it fits just like you want it and each time will take 4-6 weeks.

Removed chain 405x3 First one was slow getting up but the next two were fine. I should have restarted each rep but I didn't on the last two.

Decided to take it again. 455x1 started to get fatigue. Added Reverse Monster Minis 515x1 legs were shot. My legs were tired from pushing my knees out against the suit. This set was high. I decided to go a head and change my training routine back to what it was like when I was at Mud Duck. My back hasn't been feeling great as of late. So, I decided to cut down on my how many times a week I squat and deadlift. My training will keep Monday as my ME bench. 2 weeks in a shirt, 1 week out till the meet. Friday- DE bench. Wednesday or Thursday deadlift. I will switch days in which I do ME and DE. Next two weeks will be doing ME DL off of 4" and 2" blocks and trying out the Leviathan for deadlift. Then after those 2 weeks I will be doing some speed work. Saturdays will be just squat also alternating between ME and DE. So the next two weeks I will be doing some speed work with bands, then after that I will be doing ME Squats. I think this worked best for me, so we will see.
