Jazz, no we went back to training at 12noon on the weekends a few months back. It just seems to be alittle easier on everybody's schedule. Can't wait to have you back in the gym as well DOIN' WORK side by side with you once again! Have a safe trip back

Saturday 6/30/12-7/7/12 Travel One day my husband and I tried to do a workout at a park in Bloomington, IN. Well that was a bad idea due to the extreme heat. We still got in a tiny workout. Heat kicked our ass and it wasn't even 10:00am yet.
Sunday 7/8/12-ME BP at MDBB. Back home with my team! Today was a terrible session. I just sucked on so many levels. Then when I failed at an attempt, I should of bagged it and I kept going. I just beat the hell out of myself. I know better than this! Oh well, we all have bad days. Emotionally I feel drained. My hubby flew back to Washington yesterday and it broke my heart. We are going to be long distance for a little bit until work rolls through for him. I was a wreck. I just feel like with the travel, the move, my hubby leaving back to Washington all just took a toll on me. I am missing him and my little kitties so bad right now

My back was KILLING me. I had issues with it off and on. I think this was from squats from the previous Saturday. Me being the person that I am, I pushed through it. So if you wonder why I lower the weight so slow in the video on a few sets it was due to my back acting up.

*Session review: Well House of Pain still has my Leviathan. I have had to have this altered about 3 times. It has been 6-7 weeks and I am patiently awaiting my suit to come back to me. I could never get my preds under the suit. So I am hoping this will fix that. So today some of us were going full gear. I used this old single ply metal squat suit over my briefs. Session didn't go as well as I planned but I will take it. When the weights hit over 415 my back was in pain. I need to find a chiropractor and soon. I still need to work on strengthening the bottom portion of the squat.

*Session review: Tried my Rage x today and it felt great. Well, with exception of the shooting pain in my left wrist. I have been having issues with my SDP. I am a person that likes to grind out my weights on bench. I noticed today I was able to grind them out no problem. I don't think I can do that in the SDP. I mean my rage x just felt tight and I loved it. I also have to tuck a lot more in the rage x. I think I might sell my SDP to a fellow member and just go for a double ply rage x. Figuring this gear out is a pain in my ass.

2"Block pulls in Leviathan. First time since alterations. Raw 135x5x3 225x3x2 315x3x2 Suit 365x1x2 405x1 455x1 485x1 started to shake half way up. Something new to work around. 20lb PR! Knees look a little soft. 500x0 got to knees and started uncontrollable shaking. This is heaviest I have ever attempted. Still pleased

Felt like my wrist was just going to crush under the weight. Felt ok with 405. So I tried it again and told them to rack it. Didn't even decend on both attempts.
