Kevin, for your grip issues here are some things you could do: plate pinches or Dumbbell Hex Head Holds for time, use the captains of crusher gripper, do high rep work on your deadlift or accessory work (Ex: DB Rows or RDL's) where you have to hold onto the bar for a longer period of time, or if you use some FAT grips or a thicker bar will also help strengthened your grip. Hope this helps!

No problem Kevin and come to think of it I have been slacking on my grip work lately as well. It might not be of the most exciting things to do but it's just one of those things you got to work in from time to time.

Whats up guys! Finally found the time to post on my log, for the last 6 weeks I been basically lifting in the hotel gym and highest weight I been able to do is the 50lbs dumbells that they have at the hotel. I will say my cardio has definitely increased with all the high reps and treadmill and eliptical work lol. @ Big red, I got my degree in construction management and I am working for CSX railroad. As of right now I am in Nashville tn. for 2 weeks and then I will head to Atlanta for 6 weeks, It is definitely hard to stay on a routine but I'm trying to make work.
