I am missing you guys already!!! It is just not the same. Hopefully when I come back around November I'll be able to get a training session in with my bros. My mom was very impressed with how nice you guys were. I told her that Brian was the only dick of the bunch Haha... Now that's funny! Poor Brian he's always getting picked on. Yeah I don't what those guys are going to do Saturdays without you there Jazz b/c it's gonna be a good while before I can start training lower body again with them. Be like an chicken with it's head cut off I guess Lol.. It's definitely going to be different without you here too! Hopefully your training group in Seattle will be a good one and will take you in as much as we did! So best of luck with your training until we are able to meet up again!

Warm-Up: DB Incline Flies 2x15 Rows w/Tubing 2x15

Band Pushdowns- Light x20x3 sets
Superset: Front Raises w/Swiss Bar- 35x15x4 sets Chest Supported Reverse Flies- 15x15, 20x15x3 sets
Speed Twists on Floor w/Medicine Ball- 4x15 each side
For my max effort work next week I think that I am going to do floor press with the Swiss bar and then the week after that do shirted 3 board press with my single-ply shirt..

Wednesday August 10th, 2010 (AM- Physical Therapy): Warm-Up:5 Minutes on Bike Walking on Treadmill @1.6-2.0 Mph-Incline x.25 mile Decline x.25 mile High Box Squats-BWx10x2 sets Horizontal Leg Press (Right Leg Only)-4x10 Lying Leg Curls (Right Leg Only)-4x10 Leg Extensions (Right Leg Only)-3x10 Side Step Ups-BWx8x4 sets Iced Knee-20 Minutes A pretty good PT session this morning. My ROM was at 130 degrees and I lied a couple of weeks ago when I said my good knee was 125 degrees when I first started when actually it was @135 so I still haven't quite gotten my full ROM back yet but I am VERY close. My therapist had me do some box squats today and was impressed with how easy I made it looked, though I was still leaning towards left side alittle bit. But she said once I get my right leg alittle stronger so that I am dispersing my weight evenly I can start adding some weight. So maybe another week or two I can start squatting with the barbell again In other news I went to the dentist today for the first time in 3 years to get my teeth cleaned being that I don't have any insurance and you can only imagine how great that went! But to make a long story short the main problem that I am having is that I am grinding my teeth away and have almost completely worn off the top layer of my back teeth (One I have already) so I need to start wearing my night guard again which I probably haven't used in a couple years b/c it's very hard to get use to wearing that while I'm sleeping and also he suggested that I might need to wear it too when I'm lifting weights. So I guess I just need to man the fuck up and just do it whether I like it or not. As you get older you really need to start taking better care of yourself alot more than when you were younger, and that includes eating healthier too!

Well Jazz I would but I do not have my own camera at the moment. But I guess I borrow my little buddy Brian's camera to do the filming with since he like's to use his anyway to tape his accessory lifts. LOL...
