First I wanna say thank you to Brian and Tony For taking time to help me today You guys are awesome. Im calling this an ME day although it was more like a teaching an old dog new tricks day. Leg ext (warm up) 50 3x15. Bench Press w/1 set of chains 45x5,95x5,135x3,185x3,225x2,275x1 Floor presses. Med grip. 185x5, 2254x5,4,4,3 Db rollovers. 25's. 5x5 Ill do good to.get a 400 in a shirt my shoulder is really compromised

a little sabatical for the shoulders sake, did Arnold (no last name needed)) over the past couple weeks and my shoulder feels much better. Visited Worlds Strongest Man qualifier heats in Charlotte yesterday Those guys are all freaks
