I do believe a full body deep tissue massage after my heavy training sessions would do wonders for me!
I am looking for a good woman that has strong hands and knows how, and isn't afraid to use them.
I am gym rat that has a bunch of aches, pains, and I take for ever to recover from a training session, or a meet, if I ever do one again.
Willing to compensate. I am a firm believer in compensating a person when they "DO WORK"!
If this is you, just send me a PM! I look forward to hearing from you, and getting rid of my aches and pains!

Well... I don't know of a good woman to do that for ya bud, sorry, but I can make some suggestions to help with your recovery between training sessions:
-Ice the area that is bothering you for 20 minutes after each upper body workout (Has done wonders for my knee). -Start taking some BCAA's before and after your workouts and/or Glutamine too. I have been taking them for the past month now and notice that I recover alot faster between workouts -To add on to the one above point start eating healthier. I know this has been a tough one for you and me both but man can I tell a difference in how I feel and recover between workouts after eating completely healthy for a few days (as you know easier said than done)! -Take some joint support. I'm taking Glucosomine/CSA from Optimum right now but I have in the past used animal flex with great results (though alittle more expensive). -Drink plenty of water b/c it helps "lubricate" the joints -And shit I forgot what the last thing was I was going to say, oh well..
Having said all this BS above I'm pretty sure you probably know most of it anyway but I thought I would just put it out there for future reference anyway.
